Eli Halili is the culmination of experiences by Eli, whose lifestyle embody the view that living should be elegant, spiritual, meaningful and full of the world’s simple beauties. This vision is combined with the beat of downtown New York City, its energetic creativity and avant-garde, dynamic discovery, interchange of new ideas, and the constant forward flow.
The end result is his jewelry – a reflection of communal experiences and craftsmanship. He uses natural stones, hands-cut and forges them with 18k, 22k and 24-Karat gold into unique rings, bracelets, necklaces, earings, and cuff links. Eli has a deep personal love of Israel, where he was born and raised. Inspired by that beautiful country and its rich history, his creations realize both aesthetics and a connection to their origins in the world. It is jewelry that symbolizes all he believes to be wonderful about this Earth in each of its four corners.
Inspiration for Eli comes from the smallest of things: visiting an amazing complex of natural caves, The Sof Omar Caves, in Ethiopia, which led to work with raw materials, leather and 22 Karat gold; or picking up a coin in a crack of an ancient street in Jerusalem and imagining what a fabulous ring it would make; or eying the beauty of ancient twisted vines that strangle moss covered temples in Bali, which translated into a necklace of gold and precious stones.
Eli Halili stores were designed as places where customers can be transported from the everyday and into a different, exotic world. They encourage a shopping experience that’s comfortable, open-minded, relaxed, full of anticipation and excitement. The goal is to replicate the feeling of awaiting and then watching the sunrise in a breathtaking site amid Nature – a beautiful moment that’s uniquely personal. We want our customers to find treasures in our stores that will not only bring them joy, but will ultimately enhance their lives.
